I recently had Alternative Bath remodel two small bathrooms in my mother’s home, and the entire process was fantastic from start to finish! Luis was incredibly easy to work with—he handled all the scheduling, answered my questions promptly, and made sure everything was set up smoothly without any hassle. The installation work by Roberto was excellent. He and the team transformed these previously cramped and outdated spaces into highly usable and accessible bathrooms. The attention to detail was impressive, and the results are modern, functional, and exactly what we needed. Luis and the guys at Alternative bath made it easy. After a in-home consultation we were able to pick out exactly what we wanted. They have plenty of options to choose from. They worked with our HOA (condo) to ensure all the paperwork required was submitted and processed quickly so the install could happen as soon as possible. Any minor issues they were quick to resolve and we couldn't be happier with our new shower.

From my first consult with Luis and Jose to my installation today, they have been nothing but kind and courteous. Luis took it upon himself to reach out via phone and text to let me know every step of the process, where the pieces were in manufacturing, answer any questions, and when I could expect install. My new shower looks gorgeous and I don't have to worry about water all over the floor now.

The Alternative Bath team is outstanding. From the initial meeting to show us their products and give us an estimate to the completion of the project every member of the team were professional and amicable. Any question was answered quickly and civilly. The install team of Dereck, Danial and Steven were top notch and they wasted no time getting our shower done. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. This team is great.
