Significant damage to our home was very hard to process. UWRG was informative, always available, highly professional and highly knowledgeable. Validated in that they are the only “approved” provider in my location for our homeowners policy carrier. We had a great team handling us, and our daily connection, Diego, was outstanding. We trust them enough to have the next team do the full restoration. Great team to work with during tough times.

We had an incident with a flooded room. Harry arrived within a few hours, assessed the situation, got all the equipment, and took care of it for us. He was very explanatory about everything he did and did not leave us to worry or wonder about anything. Great service!

can’t say enough good things about Diego at United Water Restoration. He handled water mitigation in my home after an AC leak, and he was truly outstanding every step of the way. Diego was extremely attentive and professional, always showing up on time and explaining clearly what he was doing. He came by several times to check the progress, carefully measured moisture levels, and made sure everything was drying out properly. He answered every one of my questions with patience and detail, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the work and about helping his clients.
