Outstanding service! I had a water leak caused by the upstairs shower in my master bathroom, and United Water Restoration responded quickly and professionally. They arrived promptly and got right to work. Diego was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely attentive. He took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured everything was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. I would absolutely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of water restoration services.

I would like to recommend this place if you have any issues with your home especially my technician Bailey Howard. Bailey came to my home to do some work and not only was he very great, but he was on point, very knowledgeable, respectful, and answered all the questions I asked him in a very professionally manner. He was an awesome guy, upon arrival he got straight to the job on good quick timing, dry clean, amazing communication skills, and he made sure that I was satisfied with his work. Baily did mention someone had to come out the next day and right off back I told him to please be the one to come back just cause I really liked his customer service which you don’t get very often these days. The person that came today ended up being Baily so I was really happy with that. 2 days in a row and still showed the same great service. Bailey if you can see this I would like to say thank you so much and keep up the good work you are an amazing technician!!!
