Extremely happy that I opened the door and spoke to the agent Ashley that knocked on my door that day. My sisters and I have been looking for state or city programs to help us with some home renovations for the last few years and luckily it came knocking at our door. We set an appointment with them to do an assessment, and they were able to get us approved for 47k in home renovations. We had ALL our windows replaced, and a brand new mini split A/C installed since we don’t have central air. Our light bill dropped from +$500, to less than $200 now!!!
