Exceptional Experience – Highly Recommend! We had an outstanding experience with American Pools and Spas in Orlando from start to finish. They installed a heater and cooler pump system for our pool, and the entire process was absolutely top-notch. A huge shoutout to TJ and Jaime from the warranty department—they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a warranty team that’s this proactive and easy to work with. Also, major credit to Kevin and Bryann from the electrical department—their workmanship was excellent. The installation was clean, efficient, and done with real attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. The entire team communicated clearly, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what they promised. The system is working flawlessly and has already made a huge difference in how much we’re enjoying our pool. If you’re in Central Florida and need any pool or equipment work done, including pool design and construction, I would highly recommend American Pools and Spas. This is a first-class operation with a team that truly cares!

Update: A HUGE shoutout to Matt Mustoe for helping us bringing our ideas to life and to Bobby Winfree for making sure things ran smoothly and if any issues arouse they were promptly taken care of! We are just thrilled with our pool that American Pools & Spa built for Rand and me. It’s truly beyond our expectations— I never would have imagined in a million years that it would turn out this beautiful. We managed to enjoy the jacuzzi once before the weather turned, and it was wonderful. Now we’re just counting down until it warms up so we can really start using everything. Thank you so much! Anyone who asks me for a pool recommendation is being sent straight to you. I’m incredibly grateful we chose to work with you. We also built a mini golfing area outside the enclosure so now we can enjoy our entire backyard 😊 Jamie, pool school guru, was very thorough and focused on making sure everything was done correctly. After he was done he took pics to address small items that needed further attention and even hosed down the patio to make sure it was better than when he came!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company and their employees. I was extremely hesitant to remodel our pool because of the horror stories I have heard over the years from other pool owners. From our first meeting with Jay and Sharon I felt at ease. They were knowledgeable and had honest advice to help us remodel our pool in a beautiful way with the budget we set. Once we signed the contract, the price never changed once! Even when there were minor hiccups with our pool light or unforeseen issues that needed to be maneuvered around in the yard, the price never changed and they always handled everything with ease! The customer service we received from the construction staff was absolutely phenomenal. Our project manager Rob was in constant communication and always reachable. Every phone call and text was always returned within an hour or less and resolutions to any concerns were handled immediately. Juan and Eli were always on hand at our home working hard, answering our questions and keeping us up to date with their daily work. Juan personally walked me through our new system and answered all my questions over the next month while we got the pool chemicals balanced. The pool turned out beautifully, as you can see from the before and after photos! We had the entire deck repaved, planter beds and an outdated fountain eliminated, pool surface pebbled with a sun shelf and bubbler added, two new dog doors for our pup in the screens, new pool equipment installed and paver paths extended to the front yard. The price was fair and reasonable and again, never changed! This company was personable and always reachable! I would remodel my pool again without hesitation with them!

From the start, my experience with American Pools & Spas has been great. We love our pool and use it pretty much every day. As part of our pool buying experience, American Pools & Spas conducts “pool school” to educate the buyer on how to operate and maintain your pool. Jaime came to our house to conduct pool school and spent 2+ hours with us explaining everything we needed to know to make the best use of our new pool. As we have never owned a pool before, we had a lot to learn but Jaime was patient and thorough as he went through the lesson. He would constantly stop to ensure we understood what he was telling us. Jaime wasn’t ready to leave until he felt comfortable that we had a complete understanding of our new pool and how to operate it. We really appreciated Jaime’s dedication to ensuring we were an informed buyer. In addition to the initial pool school, we were recently having an issue and called American Pools & Spas for help. Someone showed up the following morning and immediately addressed our issue (one which turned out to not be a pool issue but rather our forgetting some of the things Jaime taught us). Before leaving, the representative from American Pools & Spas asked several times if there was anything else I had questions about or wasn’t sure about. It’s clear that the company wants to do everything they can to educate and enable their customers.
