Andrew Martinez has completely transformed our property since the day he started. Our lawn is, without question, the best looking yard on the street. The neighbors constantly stop to ask who takes care of it. The grass is lush and consistently maintained at a level that truly stands out. What sets Andrew apart isn’t just the results, it’s his professionalism. He always calls ahead of time, shows up when he says he will, and even comes to the door to communicate directly. That level of reliability and courtesy is rare these days. He treats our home like it’s his own, and it shows in every detail. His service is beyond five stars, it’s 10-star service. I would absolutely follow Andrew to whatever company he works for. That’s how confident I am in the quality of his work and character. Several things that are terrible. Texted and emailed the last two appointment confirmations for my services and they didn’t show up on the date service was promised. Same day. No show. Wasted a day at home waiting for them. TWICE. We now have swarming bugs around our home and small flies and ants in kitchen and can’t get our pest treatment completed. Don’t try to get someone on the phone, they don’t care and won’t call you back. Rats have chewed through our pool screens, and despite Arrow having rat bait boxes out, they still damage our property. Salesman told me tech would bring snap traps and he never did. We had to buy our own. IMO Arrow is a waste of time and money and I will cancel my services at the first available opportunity. Buyer beware with this terrible customer service company.

Isaac has brought the lawn back after a year of not being in the house and even a period with no sprinkler! He even came out to spray the lawn to give it a boost. And it got the yard back on track. Isaac communicates when he is coming, listens and then lets me know what I need to do. What a great attitude, knowledge set and the results show.

Service is always timely and efficient. I like that the treatment chemicals are not harsh but are still effective. We've had virtually no issues since using the service.
