ABSOLUTE HORROR. Some guy named Adriano from this company came to my house to replace the laminate flooring downstairs and install it upstairs. He was supposed to install tile downstairs which was installed but were very uneven and a lot of cracked tiles were installed. When I complained about it, I was told that it was a percent error and nothing was ever going to be perfect so they couldn't do anything about it. The stairs were the absolute worst part of the job. I bought all the nicest material and it was all ruined because of them. All of the steps are uneven and not painted well and when you step on them, they move and you feel like you're gonna fall. Overall they left the job incomplete. The house is missing quarter rounds all over, the shower floor was left undone and the stairs were left half done as well. I am not sure if they have the experience that they claim to have but I think my house would have turned our better if I had hired another company who was actually professional and had experience doing this type of work. I suggest that nobody ever hire this company. My family has lost over 15 thousand dollars because of them which we will have to spend again to fix our house. Just writing this review makes me want to cry about this whole situation. My family has been saving money for years to make our house look good just to have it all be ruined by them. Just to clarify, I do have the right store. Adriano and his crew all came wearing the branded t-shirts and all they did was ruin my home.

Barry Neal flooring was contracted by my home builder, Richmond American Homes, here at Riverstone Community in Lakeland. There were Outstanding items, which were documented, and the builder superintendent knew and have signed. After living in my home, besides the tiles crack easily and chipping, I noticed the grout was starting to chip away as well. I just want to point out that I built 2 homes with Hammer Construction in Lee Co. Florida, and a home with Ryland Homes in the past. Tiles are not new to me. I started building my own home back in 1994, and I NEVER had these issues with flooring. I know that cracking of tiles may occur as the home settles especially in SW Florida where I lived for almost 20 years. But I have never had such a SLOPPY WORK like what Barry Neal have done. Although the workmen are nice and polite, the women you talk to on the phone is RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, and PLAINLY ARROGANT!!! I hope you read these bad reviews. The biggest investment for most families is their home. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE!!! If you have decided to get work from them, I hope all goes well. They DO NOT DESERVE EVEN A ONE STAR. No CONSCIENCE. They just want your money. Now, 2 years in my home, look at the pictures I’ve attached. 3 tile companies who assessed my flooring said, it is DANGEROUS to step on the area that’s damaged. And BARRY NEAL TILES wants me to call them!!!??? My entire family room, including my dining area and kitchen flooring need to be replaced! Every day it is getting worse

Worst experience ever. I have a brand new shower and have not been able to use my primary shower since I’ve moved in almost a year ago. Barry Neal has been to my home multiple times to fix cracking grout and loose tiles all over my shower floor , and each time making the situation more worse. Lastly, they decided to lay new tile on top of the cracking grout and loose tiles on the shower floor… Barry Neal, is this the kind of work and customer service you pride yourself on?? Not to mention… whatever grout or material they use is not up to industry standards as it is literally crumbling apart.

The work quality is terrible, I would not recommend, they have been working on fixing my house for a year and three months so far and it is still not fixed. The tile is not level or straight. Instead of using inexpensive spacers they use pieces of cardboard. I’ve had them to my house over a dozen times and there is still no end in sight.

This is a fabulous flooring store! I went there to find carpet for 2 small rooms - there was so much to choose from. When I explained what I was looking for, Martha showed me all the possibilities. I found exactly what I was looking for! I made an appt. with Martha to come to measure a few days later. She coordinated everything perfectly and we had our beautiful carpet in just a few weeks! Shout out also to the installers-so professional. Many thanks Martha Chamberlain and Barry Neal Caroet One.
