Best Termite & Pest Control Inc has been servicing my home for many years. They were recommended by the previous owner. He gave a glowing recommendation, and I am so glad I followed his advice. BEST decision I could have made. The service is excellent and the Customer Service is beyond excellent...superb. I have not had any pest issues, and I credit this company in helping me to maintain my home. The technician who operates in my area, Darryl C., is the most amazingly nice human. I feel very "well taken care of" by this company and I highly recommend them to anyone that I know who is looking for an affordable, reliable, and commendable service company. They are the BEST !

About 3 months the bug exterminator shawn came out to do a beg bug infestation and it didnt go well im still seeing bed bugs in my home i reached out to him he was suppose to come back to my home within 24 hours and didnt show up i was very much overcharged $1,500 for the job shawn came out & did & its Very unacceptable because when he told me he was coming out he didnt i do not want shawn to come back to my home my name is joan S. But on the other hand the other guy that comes out to spray for the insects. James he does a very great job at what he does im very much appreciate & love his work he really goes above and beyond.

We found termites in our guest house and contacted 3 companies for quotes, best pest being one of them. We choose to go with best pest due to their 3 year warranty and Rene telling us that due to the size of the structure, they could schedule it quickly and fit it in practically any day. However, he wouldn’t give an exact date until we signed the contract. We signed the contract (4/27) and the first available date (5/13) was 2.5 weeks out, not what we were told. Had we known their timeline, we likely would have gone with Magnum instead as they said they could do it the following week. If that was the only issue we ran into, it would have been fine, but due to our other experiences, I thought this should be included. Prior to signing the contract for tenting the guest house (4/24), I found some frass. I sent pictures to Rene who said he thought it was ants, and he didn’t come out to investigate. Then the day prior to tenting the guest house, we found a live termite in our main house. I requested for Rene to come investigate, however he was too busy, and due to already waiting 2.5 weeks to tent, we still proceeded with just the guest house. Rene told me he’d come out the week after (5/18-5/22) tenting the guest house to see if there were termites in the main structure as well. We had the guest house tented, and when we arrived back the very first rain we received we noticed leaking from our roof (5/18). I contacted Rene and explained the leaking roof. He immediately defaulted to them not having liability but they’d come out to check on it as a courtesy. We had already spoken about him coming out to check the main house for termites, so I thought he would check the roof at that time. But Rene never showed up that week. I reached back out to which Rene said he’d come Saturday (5/30), over 2 weeks from when the tenting occured (my roof leaking this entire time). I called the office to try and speak to an manager at this point, to which he didn’t see me scheduled for Saturday and further delayed the process by scheduling me for Tuesday (6/2), nearly 3 weeks from when the tenting occured. Rene finally did show up on that Tuesday (6/2). He briefly looked around the roof, and confirmed we had termites in the main house. He said he’d have to connect with his boss to check on the roof situation. I never heard back from Rene until today (6/10), I reached out to request a status update on what they intend to do for my roof. Rene basically told me it’s not their fault and it’s on me to complete the repairs for the damage they had done. Ultimately due to the lengthy delays, dishonest sales, and lack of responsibility/accountability for the damage done, I felt it right to leave this review to warn future consumers considering Best Pest. An honest/reputable company will make right for the damage they have done to their customers, and won’t jerk their customers around. Unfortunately best pest isn’t that company.

My technician Manny Rivera is very knowledgeable and polite. I used Best Termite for three years for my personal home and my rentals properties. Mr. Rivera always notifies me in advance for my routine visit. He is always friendly with my son and my three large animals. Welcomes with them with a great smile. Best Termites never tried to nickel and dime me with pricings.

Best are the Best (pun intended)! Manny is my person and he is great, listens to my needs, and has worked around what I need for my house and yard and I haven’t had an issue since I started with them in October last year. I also used Best to spray my yard for fleas and I haven’t had an issue since they sprayed. I have peace of mind now since I started with Best and I recommend them to everyone I know.
