I contacted Cape Sewer & Drain for a leaking water heater, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Mike was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything, including how to properly maintain the new water heater. He removed the old unit and left the area clean. He even went step further and hung up all the towels to dry from the leak.Patrick, the owner, personally checked in to make sure everything was handled—even while on his honeymoon! That level of care truly sets this company apart. I’ll definitely be a lifelong Cape Sewer & Drain customer. The level of service I received made me feel like I was truly part of the Cape Sewer & Drain FAMILY. By the way, this is my second time using their services.

We had such a great experience with Patrick from Cape Sewer & Drain! He showed up right on time, came back the next day bright and early, and got straight to work on our repair. Super fast, dependable, and just an all-around great company to work with. Highly recommend!

I called last night at 5:30 and was able to get an appointment this morning! Patrick showed up as promised and was thorough in the repair of our waterline. He ensured there was no leak and buried the line. For service and thoroughness, definitely give Patrick a 5+. I'm not entirely sure on price - but it was worth it to have running water again!

great service, Mike arrived and was professional, Knowledgeable and friendly. Listened to my issues and my theory about the problem and immediately got to work. discovered I was accurate in my assessment and we tracked my main line to the blockage, confirming the neighbors main line was joined with mine and they were flushing or had flushed non-sewer friendly items down the toilet. Mike also used a camera to confirm that just before the city sewer line we had a bundle of roots protruding into our shared drain line. He cleared most of the roots, and gave a quote for replacing the damaged pipes and removing the Root bundle he couldn't clear.

I had a hot water heater replaced in a very tight crawl space. It was so uncomfortable, Patrick hired Junior to to the work with his beautiful significant other! Lol It was a great experience and I even think the installers had a good time! 5 star experience for sure....oh and a hot shower tonight where some body parts that haven't been washed in a few days get addressed....Amen! 😎
