We highly recommend Ivan and Flo Construction. He is a very experienced craftsman with an excellent and reliable crew... which is not so easy to find in the mountains! Ivan brought amazing ideas to our complete gut renovation, including knocking out the ceiling in the bedroom to reveal the full, original A-frame and playing tetris in our kitchen with our IKEA cabinets... and did it all on budget. He is a creative problem solver, generous with his time and patient with high maintenance clients (like me). Ivan and Flo Construction went the distance with us and we are so grateful. I had a great experience working with Ivan. He performed a redo of our garage, which sustained major damage during the 2023 snow storms. I have used the services of Flo construction for my main residence as well as my rental property. The owner "Ivin " is conscientious, honest, polite, well mannered , patient, all and all with great morals and ethics . His knowledge of his trade is just as impressive as his personality. My neighbor recommended Ivin to me 4 years ago , and I recommend him in heart beat to every one. His prices are fair, he does good quality , clean work. He goes above and beyond to make you happy. He'll be honest with you if your expectation or plans are not realistic or does not benefit you . and he won't waste your time and money promising you something he does not believe in doing. I love the fact that he guides you and discusses and explains why something can or should be done and what you should not plan to do. He also gives you options for material and plans. I highly recommend him and his company FLO Construction. below I posted a remodel of my fireplace and new paint. He remodeled my condominium in Laguna Niguel three years ago. I had a full offer the first weekend it went on the market ! give him a try , you won't regret it.
