Crystal Clear Drains

We used John with Crystal Clear Drains for a water heater issue. This was our first time using him and we are now a forever customer. He is very easy-going, explained everything to us more than once if needed. We loved his personality, and he even left my house cleaner than when he came. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Since the beginning of the job John Martinez keep me posted at all times. He did a great job (removal and installation of a new water heater) and provided me a good quality service. He also took the time to keep everything clean. I recommend this company.

My wife and I filed a claim with our home warranty company for a plumbing/sewer backup. CRYSTAL CLEAR DRAINS was being dispatched to our home to resolve the issue. I phoned CRYSTAL CLEAR DRAINS to confirm the time of the appointment and spoke with Crystal. She was so pleasant and a pleasure to work with. John was at our home early the next morning just as promised. John saw that we had a sewer clog and had to wait for an approval from the home warranty company. They told him it would take 20 minutes to 4 hours to get the approval (ridiculous). John waited for at least and hour while repeatedly phoning the warranty company to try and speed up the approval to no avail. John had to leave for another scheduled job and instructed us to call when the work was authorized. 2 hours later(ridiculous) an approval was send to our email and I immediately phoned CRYSTAL CLEAR DRAINS. I spoke with Crystal and once again as pleasant as can be she made arrangements for John to come back to our house that afternoon by shifting around his entire schedule to accommodate our needs. John professionally and quickly diagnosed the problem and got our toilets and showers back up and running. John was very thorough and answered any questions we had. CRYSTAL CLEAR DRAINS went above and beyond to get our home up and running again. If you ever have a plumbing/sewer issue don't hesitate to call CRYSTAL CLEAR DRAINS they will get the job done. I had an unfortunate plumbing issue that was affecting the drains in my whole house. I called Crystal Clear Drains and from that first call they were super professional. They were able to send somebody right away to fix it. Mr. Martinez was very courteous and professional. He made sure to explain the process and expectations for the fix beforehand.
