Joe, Javier and especially Leo were great! They were here almost 15 hours yesterday. Ran into many obstacles, but they overcame them all and got my new unit installed. The conditions in the attic were very tight. How he did it, I will never know, but Leo is a superhero with a great supporting cast! Just saying. Thank you again all. My house is nice and chilly.

Rene Rosado from Del Air was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood how to properly maintain my AC unit. He explained the importance of keeping the drip pan level and how an uneven drip pan can cause leaks. He also gave me great information about the filters and overall upkeep of the system. Rene was professional, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. He cleaned the unit well and even reassured me to continue doing what I’ve been doing with maintenance.
