The entire process was top notch and I’m so happy with my new screened patio. Danny came out quickly and helped me with ideas, size, etc and was able to provide a quote on the spot. Danny also was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. From there, the plans went to drawing and permitting and they took out existing concrete and poured the new slab for the new patio. During this process, I got weekly updates via email from Christine & Xenia and they were really fast at answering any questions I had throughout the process. Never once was I left wondering where I stood in the process. To my welcome surprise, they were able to start on my project the week before initially scheduled and it was all done in a day and a half. The workmanship is excellent, the structure and door feels solid and we’ve had several heavy rains since installation with no problems. I couldn’t be more pleased with the Dulando team and my new screen room. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering having one built. I just had Dulando install Florida Glass and I couldn’t be happier. The installers, James and Alex, did an amazing job. They paid attention to every detail. Everything is perfectly aligned and looks fantastic. I’ve been wanting more privacy on my lanai for a long time, and this made an immediate difference. It still lets in plenty of light but gives the privacy I was looking for. Huge thanks to James and Alex — they absolutely deserve recognition for their work.

The team at Dulando was fantastic to work with! Danny came out for our enclosure and composite roof estimate and was able to draw everything up and give us a very reasonable quote on the spot with fair payment terms and honest processing/fabrication times. Once the project was permitted the fabrication process took less time than expected and they contacted us as soon as it was ready for installation. The installers did a wonderful job. They were very organized and communicated recommendations or possible issues right away to give us an opportunity to make any changes that would be more aesthetically pleasing. Danny even came back after the inspection passed, and noticed a few items that the inspector missed and had it scheduled for us right away. I mention that, not to point out flaws, but to speak on the company's integrity as I would have not noticed such small details. I received other quotes when searching for an enclosure replacement and Dulando had the BEST client service, and just made me feel extremely confident that the project would go smoothly, and it absolutely did!!!! Fred screened in my 2 porches and enclosed my carport very detailed did an amazing job !!! Looks so good!! Very pleased with the job he did !!

Estimates, follow-up, and project management were excellent from the very beginning through to final inspection. We were updated weekly as to the progress of the project and the finished product was excellent. When the work was complete, I hired electricians to put in an outlet and two ceiling fans. They remarked that the work was very well done and that the fan beams were clearly marked. They indicated that most companies don't mark their beams which is a problem for them, but Dulando had this problem anticipated and handled. I also have a friend who prior to retirement was a concrete contractor. He too commented on the quality of the work. The price was excellent as well. I had secured three bids for my screen room project, and I feel that I got the better screen and awning company to do the job at a price that was lower than the other bids by several thousand.
