I had a great experience with Extreme Air & Heat from start to finish. They were helpful throughout the quoting process, answered my questions, and worked with me to get everything lined up for the system I wanted. The installation team did a clean, professional job, and the office staff was also great to work with. After the install, there was a small follow-up item that needed attention, and they came back out promptly and took care of it without any hassle. I really appreciated that they stood behind their work and made sure everything was right. I’m happy with the install and would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC replacement or service.

The whole team made my experience the best one yet! Jeremey thoroughly went through the process of duct replacement on my consult visit. The visit was prompt and my estimate sent online that day. It was an easy decision since they came highly recommended by my neighbor. I was not disappointed! Chris and Randy kept me informed of their arrival each morning. They sure knew their stuff; they replaced my hodgepodge old mess of ductwork in two days! My home is feeling comfortable. I know it is more efficient now too!

We had an incredible experience with Extreme Air and Heat. From Jeremy coming to the house to review the job, give detailed explanations of the work we needed done, showing us photos of past work, etc. Jeremy was incredible in his communication and helped us find viable options to cover the cost of the work done, as well as being extremely responsive to my contact with questions and concerns. Chris and Randy did the installation, and were impressively thorough throughout the process. Everything from arriving when they said they would, prepping the house for the work to be done, and cleanup afterwards, the team at Extreme was excellent. Would highly recommend, and will be using them again for future work needed. For reference, we own a 1962 home in Satellite Beach and had our A/C ductwork removed and replaced. The job took three days to complete, from removal of all ductwork, replacing all vents and boots. They may not have been the most inexpensive of the quotes we received, but you get what you pay for and with a job of this size we are incredibly happy with our decision.

Friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and professional, with very fair pricing for the actual work they are doing. I highly recommend Extreme Air & Heat - I used them once years ago when the company was Extreme Air and Electric, and they fixed a major issue that had been plaguing my air conditioning ducts, which had resulted in my house being too hot and my electric bills costing me hundreds more per month than i should have paid - And I'd seen 5 other ac businesses before them, receiving answers that ranged from claiming my ac was working fine and my house was just old, to saying the only way to fix it would be to tear out everything - AC unit (interior and exterior) as well as all the ducts and so on. Extreme air and electric found the exact issue and recommended a reasonable solution, at a good price. And yes, it DID fix the issue. Since then the original business turned into (More accurately were purchased by) Mid Florida. Mid Florida was.... Well. Obviously corporate. My experiences with mid fla weren't on the same level as my experiences with Extreme air and electric. And then a couple months ago I try to get a mini split installed, and what did i find? I found Extreme Air & Heat. Are these the same people? I called and got an on prem discussion scheduled see the details of my desired installation so they could be confident they were meeting my needs and were providing a quote that left me very, very pleased. And guess what? While there we had a discussion and i asked if he knew anything about the Extreme Air and Electric transition into the Mid FLA umbrella... And it turns out i guessed correctly. Not everyone who went under mid fla stayed there - and the core members of Extreme Air and Heat were from Extreme Air and electric. Talk about a jackpot. The service they provided was exactly what i really wanted when I called and was mentally expecting to have to buy larger models and so on. The whole experience was incredible. THEIR SALESPERSON talked me out of spending as much money on the installation as I planned to spend. I had make and model and so on all planned out - He explained he was familiar with the company and wasn't impressed with their products, and he asked for the specs. I showed him. And he was able to quickly locate another system with a different vendor that cost half as much but had better specs and which was, according to him, more reliable. That. Is. Amazing. So if you're local (i don't know their full range but probably Brevard county) and you need something done which relates to air or heat... They (and their predecessor business Extreme Air and Electric) are the actual best hvac installers, maintainers, and repair men and women I've ever worked with. Give them a try: They know their stuff and they're only looking for the sort of business where both you and they feel like it's a fair deal. And it is. Even ignoring the extraordinary quality of service, as well as ignoring the quality of work done - The prices are STILL reasonable just on their own for the work they are doing! So seriously. Give these guys a try.

Excellent service and a fair price… They showed up on time as scheduled…had the unit installed quickly… And everything is functioning as expected! Would definitely use them again for any of my air conditioning needs 😎
