To be fair, at the beginning, when talking to them they were very courteous, on time, & eager for to get your business. But beware the Fence Outlet at Kissimmee is really J&C fence, maybe an independent subcontractor for Fence Outlet. I only needed to repair 1 section of my fence & was recommended by the fence estimator to replace all the top post covers to the new style as the new side fence. From a distance everything was looking good. But from closer inspection the new post covers are not the right side as the older posts, too big & fly away with just a breeze. Something that the installer should have noticed & done something about it like keeping in place the old ones or reordering the right side. Then after 3 weeks of installation one of the new post started sinking noticeably. I called the company and all the eagerness to get my business disappeared. Blaming the Florida soil for the problem. Finally I did get a call that someone was coming to see the issue & make a repair. Upon inspection of the service person, immediately blamed the former installer for not using enough or no cement at all since he was able to lift the post up. All he did was pack more the soil around it. Not even a week after that, the same post was sinking again and the gate door is misaligned. I called them again and they pretended not knowing who I was. After explaining myself I was told the warranty was over & blaming again the soil/wind. It was less than 30 days since installation. A week later someone did contact me from Fence Outlet apologizing for the inconvenience and misrepresentation. I was told that I they will call me back for a repair appointment but they also forgot. My personal opinion if you are a do it yourself person may be you could shop for materials there but since they don’t warrant what they sell neither theirs installer I would not even mention them or recommend.

This is a great company. We took out the permit ourselves then contacted them. They put the fence up literally 2 days late . Very professional and fast servic . Would definitely recommend Don't hesitate to contact them.
