Ernest Morgan from Fenix did a great job for us. I mixed up our appointment time and came home late from the store. Ernest had already taken care of the outside and said he knew that since the dog was barking from the inside, to just wait and it wasn’t necessary to knock at the door and get the dog worked up even more. As we talked, I mentioned that after hurricanes, we have had rats under the house. He was attentive and confirmed that wasn’t an issue now. I said no. He is an asset to Fenix: He waited patiently when I was late to the appointment. Attentive to possible issues and was prepared to solve them. Worked efficiently and quickly. Pleasant to talk with because he’s very knowledgeable about treating older homes.

Ernest Morgan is incredible. He's the best by far. 5 stars all around, 6 stars to be honest. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable & well efficient. This was a repeat service visit with Fenix Pest Control, and once again everything went smoothly. Enrique German completed the service, and the work was thorough and efficient. It’s great knowing they’ll also spray indoors upon request if needed. We’ve been very happy with the consistency and reliability of Fenix Pest Control and would definitely recommend them.

Andy did a great job treating our home. He was very thorough. He was very professional and took the time to ask us how things were going with pests at our house and if there were any issues that needed special attention. He was great.
