Hector S. - provided excellent service and communicated clearly about my urgent A/C repair. He quickly explained his evaluation and what needed to be fixed, making everything easy to understand. I truly appreciate his honesty and the fact that he respected my situation—I can’t afford a new system right now, and he didn’t try to push one on me. Fredy was my air conditioning technician today. I was told he would be out between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. He was punctual. I called to have my unit serviced because there were signs of leakage on my ceiling and down the back of the house. The unit is located in my attic. Fredy listened to what my concerns were, then looked at everything to assess the problems. He showed me the filter and suggested I replace it. He looked at the pipes on the back of my house and cleared the clog/build-up. I was not charged for anything extra. I signed up for a monthly service plan in order to maintain today's work. He is very professional, patient, knowledgeable, honest and an asset to the company. I highly recommend this company and Fredy. NOTE: I received a coupon in the mail and that helped with the price.

Hector showed up on time and was extremely professional and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and did an outstanding job ensuring I was informed during the entire repair. Franks was my 3rd stop for the repair and I wish it has been my first. At Hector’s recommendation we signed up for the maintenance plan to cover yearly maintenance and save on future repairs or upgrades. We truly appreciate the service and the friendly attitude while fixing our problem. I felt valued by the company as opposed to being devalued by other companies. You have earned my future business. Carlos Velez was very polite and professional. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he introduced himself. Asked if he could come in to see the AC system. He explained everything he was going to be doing. Carlos was very thorough and when finished he showed me things he noticed. He offered some suggestions. He was not pushy in any of his suggestions. I highly recommend Frank's AC. Carlos is an AMAZING technician and asset to their their team.
