Gato Lawn & Pest Control - St. Cloud

We signed up for their monthly plan (April 2024–March 2025) and then switched to bi-monthly in March 2025. Unfortunately, my lawn has been burned not once, but twice by their treatments—first in October 2024, and again in July 2025. Since July, I’ve tried multiple times to get this resolved, but instead of a clear solution I’ve only received delays and conflicting answers. A technician confirmed the damage and even told me the lawn would need to be resodded, but weeks later I’m still waiting. Promises of sod delivery were made, then ignored. Management came out but suggested “plugs in September” instead of honoring the original resod agreement. Later, they blamed vendor grass issues and told me to keep waiting. As a paying customer, I don’t think it’s fair that my lawn remains in poor condition because of mistakes made by this company. They caused the damage twice, admitted resodding was necessary, and still have not taken responsibility to fix it. If you value accountability and reliable service, I cannot recommend this company.

Jose consistently provides exceptional service. He always sends me reminders of when he's coming. He educates me on what he's doing, what chemicals/fertilizers he's using, spot treats and persistent weeds, and gives me tips on growing a healthy lawn. He's been servicing my lawn for almost a year, and I think he's been doing an amazing job.

We needed a termite inspection on the property we're trying to buy as it was requested by our lender, and Johnny was able to squeeze us in. He was able to make it happen while our home inspection was taking place so that the realtors didn't have to go back out there to let him in the property at a different time. Johnny is professional and amazing to work with! I had to reach out to the office to get a new invoice sent to me, spoke with Alina and she was so sweet and got us what we needed within seconds (yes, the invoice was in my email before hanging up). The WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) inspection report is clear and easy to read, and most importantly we had it in our inbox by the end of the day! The Gato team goes the extra mile to take care of their customers; I highly recommend them for your termite inspections!

I've been a GATO Lawn customer for greater than 5 years. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for excellent lawn care service. If there are issues they work with you to correct them. Several of my neighbors have also switched to their service as a result of admiration of my lawn and that type of advertising speaks for itself. They're a 5 star plus company for me!
