Being a first time pool owner, I went to the best place in St. Cloud. The ladies working were so knowledgeable and kind. They broke everything down to me so I could understand and made sure I was ready to go. They were also so kind to my 2 little girls that were with me, which resulted in them asking if they could go back to the pool store. Thank you for being a small business that cares about their customers, whether they have been long-term or brand new.

Best decision I've ever made!!!! I can't express enough how this company is a game changer compared to all the larger pool companies out here. Top notch service and professionalism. From the first day of designing our pool we were all confused and had little knowledge of different types of tiles and finishes. Young lady named Karen came out from the back and sat down with us and thoroughly described each product. I asked her how long had she worked here cause her taste and experience impressed me. To my surprise... SHE WAS THE OWNER!! I was so thankful she took a lot of time to help us. Second, the day of installation. The guys showed up 7am sharp. 4 guys with their trucks and equipment. Said GM and started digging. The team was awesome!! After watching these guys hard at work for a few days.. Very attentive to every little detail I asked if I could get their bosses name. They point at the guy in the pool name Jimmy.. What??? THE OWNER AGAIN.. Husband & Wife Team Jimmy and Karen went above and beyond to make sure everything was coordinated and installed correctly. With any new products you will have a few bumps and error, but I always received a reply within 24 hrs. My pool was done in 3 weeks. Never seen this before. They are a one stop shop. Most larger companies hired contractors, so it takes longer for completion. I am truly impressed with the quality of work. They continued to be there for Craig and myself throughout and after it was completed. The entire team was awesome! Shout out to my ladies at the front desk! You ladies rock! Helping us not feel like dummies while getting the chemicals right. Most people write reviews when one little thing goes wrong. I want people to know what a gem you guys are!!!

Look if you're going to pinch a Penny or ace hardware please stop. This family owned business has been here in our hometown for 35 plus years. They are honest and they really care. How much money have I wasted going to other places? A lot. They will open your eyes to a better way of taking care of your pool.

This was such an amazing, smooth and most importantly stress free experience building a pool and such a pleasure with everyone involved from start to finish I can’t recommend them enough!
