Kura Design Pools

Our experience with Kura Design Pools building our pool was very positive. From the beginning, Jayson Eddington from sales was punctual, very helpful, and guided us through the process professionally. The design center is also very nice and offers a great variety of choices. Danny Berry, our project manager, was very professional, kind and clearly very experienced throughout the entire pool building process. He was always available to answer our questions, moving faster the process and made us feel confident. Today, our pool looks amazing, and we are satisfied with the final result. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Kura Design Pools.

I have had the best experience with Kura Design Pools from begging to end. First, when I started this journey I called two pool companies and out of the two the other one located in Lakeland never returned my call and Kura was on top of their game calling me the next day to answer any of my questions! And from that point they did an amazing job of getting my pool built. Danny was in charge of the project and keeping me updated and he was amazing always letting me know exactly what was happening next and trying to get my pool built in a timely manner! And for those wondering they did finish within their timeframe they gave me of 3 months. They built me a screened in pool and I could not be happier with the results! Please if you are debating which company to choose you won’t be disappointed with Kura Design Pools! And a huge shout out to Danny you did a great job and will definitely keep on recommending this company in large part to the well job on the pool and your attentiveness to your customers!

I recently completed a pool project with Kura Design Pools, and overall I’m happy with the final result. The process started off very smooth, but like most construction projects, we did run into a few hiccups along the way. What made the difference, though, was my project manager Matt. Any time an issue came up, Matt stepped in quickly, communicated clearly, and worked to resolve things effectively. I appreciated his responsiveness and the fact that he didn’t let problems linger. While the project wasn’t perfect from start to finish, I do feel that Kura ultimately delivered a great pool, and Matt’s attention throughout the process helped keep things on track. Pool turned out great. It is just what we were looking for. Jayson came to the house prepared with information about city rules that other vendors didn’t provide. Their dig-to-swim timeline was correct. Brandon was the project manager and he was quick to give us updates and answer questions. Finally, Jackson did our pool school and he was extremely thorough and professional throughout the process. I have already recommended Kura to a friend of mine and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
