Leaf Home Bath

At first everything was great. The install schedule worked well for us. The crew were professional and cleaned up after themselves well. The new shower looked beautiful. But as I was signing off I noticed a smudge on the floor that turned out to be 3 broken tiles. The installer assured me they would make it right. I was told not to run water for at least 24 hours. 36 hours later I turned on the shower and was sprayed with water from a leak above the connection to the shower head. The installer called and told us he would be here on Wednesday. When he didn’t show, we called and were told they could see we were on the schedule and someone would return the call in 24 hours. Next day we called again and were told it would be within 72 hours. At this point we have not heard from anyone. We understand that things happen but this lack of communication on their end is unbelievable.

We had a consultation on a bath to walk in shower transformation with Andrew at Leaf Home Bath. He was professional, personable and did a great job explaining the options and process. He also was very transparent about the pricing and gave us a great quote. We look forward to working with Leaf Home Bath in the near future. Update: Walk in shower install on 4/30... Our installer Andre was top notch. He called prior to his arrival. He arrived at the time scheduled. He was very professional and polite. He was very efficient and worked very hard to get our install done in the day. He answered all my questions throughout the day and did a great job explaining things. He did an amazing job from beginning to end. The clean up he did was outstanding. I didn't have to lift a finger. I was very pleased with his workmanship and work ethic. I love our new shower! Will sell you the biggest pitch. Yes we did it, installed two bathrooms. Salesman advised pure lies as you can never get ahold of anyone , but they do know how to transfer. Warning has been advised don’t waste your time and money.

Steven Scott and his business partner Charlie came to our house today. The presentation, knowledge about product cost and durability was spot on. We were nervous at first but his friendly and bubbly personality really put us at ease. He continued to ask if we had questions and felt at ease with everything. I highly recommend their presence. There are some really shady people and their honesty about their products and services was refreshing.
