Maria helped me in when I really needed to find new bolts and fasteners and took the time even though it wasn't her department. She went above and beyond for me and derves a pay raise! What seemed impossible to find she made super simple and took the time to make sure the bolts and fasteners matched my original and would work at the same length even though they didn't carry the correct length. She was extremely kind and helpful. Excellent customer service skills and knowledgeable ! Great lowes to visit and she made the experience easy. Highly recommend

I had a very frustrating experience at Lowe’s due to a customer service associate named Cindy (Associate #R1652CB1 614641). From the moment I approached her, she had a rude attitude and was unnecessarily confrontational. I came into the store with a product I needed to exchange for the correct size. Instead of allowing a simple, efficient process, she insisted that I had to return the item first before even being allowed to go into the store to grab the correct one. I politely explained that I just wanted to grab the right item and handle everything at one register to save time, but she refused and kept repeating herself in a dismissive and disrespectful tone. There was no effort to help or find a reasonable solution just attitude and poor customer service. It felt like she was more focused on enforcing her way than actually helping a customer. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the store. Customer service should be about helping people, not making things more difficult than they need to be. Had another female I believe her name is Shannon. She did an awesome job. With helping me with the military discounts.

James at Lowe’s was amazing! He went above and beyond by helping me load two boxed vanities and one toilet into my SUV. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was secure before I left. Excellent customer service—thank you, James!

Poor customer service and Sales Dept. Paid for a freezer on Tuesday and delivery was set for Thursday same week waited 8 hours for delivery. Didn’t receive a text or call with status. Called and got AI several times which said my delivery was backordered. Called again and after devaluation attempts finally got through to customer Service. At first they couldn’t find my order and after insisting, they said they had none in stock and was back ordered. Why sell me something that they don’t have? Then it takes 8-10 business days to get your money back. Meantime my groceries are going bad. Asked for a manager to determine when I could expect freezer. they transferred me to an extension with no respone , no voice mail and no resolution. Frustrated customer.

I frequently come to this Lowes' to shop for plants such as herbs, and flowers, and have never encountered pests such as white flies, which has happened to me on plants from other stores. They have a very nice variety, and plants are well taken care of. The staff is always super friendly and willing to help. The store is very well organized and clean. I highly recommend it.
