Carlos serviced our home a couple days ago and when I voiced any questions or concerns my parents and I had he answered them with respect and knowledge. The gentleman from luv a lawn came to the house, rang the doorbell, and let me know he was here for a service visit. He sprayed, didn’t take long. He finished and left. Sometimes, I might talk to the service rep, but yesterday I didn’t have time. He left a sheet fully explaining the treatment today - I like that. Luv-A-Lawn has been hired to fertilize, pest and weed control since my lawn was installed 6 months ago. The condition of the lawn a deteriorated and has given way to multiple weeds that have over taken the whole yard. When there were signs of crap grass the tech told us that the crap grass can be contol by over water it, lol. The last time he said we need to replace the whole yard again because is 90% to 95% crap grass and weeds. It's completely ridiculous that they damage my grass.

I had been going back and forth with my builder and the company they hired to install the irrigation system for weeks, getting nowhere and feeling like no one wanted to help. Eventually, I gave up and called LuvaLawn after simply clicking on the first company I saw based out of Kissimmee. Looking back, I’m so glad I did. Mateo answered the phone, even though everyone else in the office was busy, and from the moment I explained my concerns, he immediately understood my frustration and started looking for solutions. We ended up talking for about 30 minutes, and by the end of the conversation, I no longer felt stressed or upset about the situation. It was a huge relief just knowing someone genuinely cared and was willing to help. Mateo then connected me with the manager, Zack, who was just as understanding and helpful. As a new homeowner still learning everything, I truly appreciated the time he took to explain things and give me honest advice. Zack came out to my house, looked everything over thoroughly, and even recommended solutions that wouldn’t benefit his business financially. It was clear he genuinely wanted to help rather than just make a sale. Because of the outstanding customer service from both Mateo and Zack, I’ll be doing business with LuvaLawn moving forward and won’t be contacting any other lawn company.
