Luv-A-Lawn and Pest Control - St. Cloud

Not good experience. Tech burned the lawn with a chemical about 6 months ago and complaints have been ignored. Left swirl marks of dead grass where chemical was applied Also failed to control dollarweed. Definitely do not recommend

Luv-A-Lawn has kept my lawn thick and green for the past few years. Our technician William does a great job, and helped advise which plants will recover from the great freeze of 2026.

Don't waste your time. They offer nothing but excuses. About 8 months ago I got new sod and I hired luv a lawn to maintain it. They came out for a few months and I started to see improvements and then a rapid decline. They would come out every month and every time I would call them to come out again and every time I got a different reason as to why the lawn looked worse and worse. They then started to blame it on the irrigation in the summer so I had them come out and after about 3 weeks of begging them over the phone and not getting returned phone calls they came out and for $270 they just added sprayers that soaked both my neighbor's lawns and the sidewalk and the street and shot over the middle of my yard. Despite spending all that money I still had to go out and spend about 6 hours adjusting the sprinklers to not waste money. I just speeded the charge for the sprinkler repairs and they sent me an email that it was an overdue bill. A disputed charge is not considered an unpaid bill according to their agreement with Visa as well as Florida and federal law.

Giving the St. Cloud office a five star review since it was the incorrect location and moving it to the Kissimmee location. Zach and Anthony are working on a plan to connect the damage to my yard. I would like to apologize as I was told that my service was from a different office in Kissimmee, Florida and not St. Cloud. I looked up Luv-A-Lawn by my location and it was the one that appeared. I originally gave this rating as a section of my lawn was dead and the problem is spreading to other areas adjacent. I had called several times to customer service to report the issue. The manager came out over 4 weeks ago and said he would fix the issue with top soil (area was small then). I had spoke to the corporate office who would not give me the regional manager’s name. The corporate office employee stated that the note on my issue was on 8/7/25, soil would be put on my lawn. I had called weeks ago and requested sod be put down as I live in a development with strict HOA. I was told to email the photos to the corporate office employee, which I did. I am also posting here as well. Previous to this problem the lawn was nice and green. In the second update, dirt and sod have been placed on the ground, but they were laid on the topsoil without being properly raked and positioned. Pictures added. Third update, I contacted the number from the company “owner” and voiced my concerns, disappointment having left 3-4 voicemails with supervisor Anthony with no response. A very professional, caring customer service representative, Via, assisted me with my complaint and concerns. I was told by her that a regional director would contact me within 24 hours. Corporate regional manager please contact me instead of posting a response to call your customer service number. You have my address and phone number, please contact me. Additionally, the manager Zach reset my irrigation system and it was running every day without my permission. Additional photos added. I would gladly update this review when this issue gets resolved.

Just had my first service from Dylan B., I was not home but the technician was very helpful in helping my wife understand the service that was provided. He even left the sign in a spot that all my neighbors can see and hopefully help get them to receive this amazing service from a great tech that works for a good company. Looking forward to my lawn improving in due time.
