I worked with Luis from LV Restore LLC. He came out when the condo above mine flooded and started flooding my apartment. They did a dry out service and then tested for mold. When they came back to do a mold treatment the unit above mine flooded again a day after they had removed the fans from the first dry out. They brought more equipment back that very night. They were at my house getting every thing set back up until around 8 at night. They were very informative and helpful. They just completed the second dry out. We are praying the unit above mine does not flood again as the property owner for the unit above mine has not done any repairs that we are aware of yet. Now we wait for insurance approval to be able to have the rest of the repairs done that are needed. I would recommend Luis from LV Restore LLC to anyone. He is kind, helpful, on time and very responsive. I feel very confident that he is the right man for the job.

They came out soon after our kitchen fire and set up the fans. They were prompt in the morning and worked to make kitchen look almost brand new. They were kind and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. We did find it odd that they came almost with the fire department. However, they were honest and stated they get 911 notifications and that they were close. Based on their excellent reviews, we went with them regardless of when they showed up.
