We had a great experience working with the team at Mark Palmer Electric and Air. They did great work and responded extremely fast. Our AC unit went out and by the next morning we had a new unit and air handler delivered and installed. The crew that installed it were very polite and very carefull. We never expected such a quick and easy replacement. My family will never use anyone else. We highly recommend.
Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience from start to finish. I had multiple issues just trying to get someone dispatched, and the person in the office was very rude and unprofessional during my calls. When the technician finally arrived, he was at my home for about five minutes and immediately blamed my brand-new dryer without doing a thorough inspection. No breaker or wiring checks were performed. I later hired another electrician who found a burned wire at the breaker, which was the real issue and a serious safety hazard. This absolutely should have been caught during the first visit. Based on the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and inaccurate diagnosis, I would not recommend this company if you’re looking for a careful or reliable electrical inspection.
We just moved to the area the home had been empty for some time and we want the AC serviced Isaiah R, did a great job he was very courteous and professional explaining what he would be doing He recommended services to keep both systems running at their max efficiency. We would use them again if needed.
Mark Palmer Electric went above and beyond for our home. We needed a new mini split system.The team installed three in one day, as well as making them look awesome with a wood trim that matched our unique cedar in our home! We are so thankful for the team, very professional, hard working, and very knowledgeable! A huge thank you to Zach and Raleigh also who were on site throughout the process and there to answer any questions at any time! We highly recommend Mark Palmer Electric and will be using for any future projects!
