He took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explained the type of extermination he was going to use, and walked me through the entire process step by step. I have used Massey services for some years now, when I lived in South Florida (They were great). I recently moved to Central Florida so naturally, I called Massey services and Orlando Rodriguez came and did an excellent job treating my new home. Thank you Orlando! Rolando Alvarado serviced my home for termite prevention and he did a great job ensuring full coverage of my property. Thank you Rolando! Both technicians also explained everything so that I knew exactly what was done.

The worst experience for roaches they made to empty my entire kitchen for 48 hours to do their job and 2 weeks later I’m seeing more roaches than ever, things that I never see before calling them like only one every 3 nights and just know I went down for water at 11 pm and saw 3 roaches for mi first time walking oh the island of ny kitchen. They wanted me to get a contract wich I don’t need because it’s residential and it seems they did it on purpose for me to get a contract with them. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Rolando Alvarado from Massey did an extraordinary work doing a termite prevention treatment in our attic. He explained the process with detail and was very cautious with all the over the attic plumbing, electrical and telecommunications cabling. Excellent service!
