Method did an excellent job working through problems with our insurance company and meeting their commitment to delivering a quality product. Farah did an exceptional job coordinating contractors and answering any concerns I had during the process.

The communication from this place is the worst. They were prompt and responsive when pursuing my business last year but after an assessment was done with them and my insurer I could not get anything from Method. Calls and texts went ignored, when I did speak with someone it was always they’ll look at the file and get back and do another inspection for the insurer. Absolutely zero follow through. It took two calls to speak to someone higher up. I finally called to cancel the contract and of course it was crickets. No call back or anything. Garbage company with no respect to their customers. Don’t waste your time.

I strongly advise anyone considering Method Roofing and Solar to proceed with caution. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They were not transparent in their communication, and I found their business practices to be unreliable. Promises were made but not kept, and getting clear answers or follow-up was very difficult. There are many roofing and solar companies that value honesty and customer satisfaction — unfortunately, Method Roofing and Solar is not one of them. I would recommend exploring other options before signing any contract or making payments.
