We had Mills Air stop by our office for some A/C maintenance for the first time. I was highly impressed with our service. The tech was outstanding and hoping to have him come by again. He even provided a pdf with all the details and pictures of everything he did. Of course he suggested some things we could upgrade, but never felt like a high pressure sales pitch. We will be using them in the future and I will be making an appointment with them soon to stop by my house.

I got a call at work from my family saying that the air conditioner had quit working at home. A guy that I worked with recommended Mills Air. He said that they treated him right and that I should give them a call. When I called, they were very courteous and professional. They had a tech not too far from my house and asked if it would be okay to stop by that evening. That was perfect. Leonel was the tech who came by. Again, he was extremely professional and courteous. He went to work right away, diagnosed the issue, gave me a price, and repaired the unit. Soon, the house started cooling down, and my family was happy again. He didn't try to run the bill up like other companies. Other companies come out and tell you that they need to replace all kinds of parts, just to squeeze more money out of you. Leonel didn't do that. He was honest and very knowledgeable. That means a lot to me. I will certainly use them again without hesitation. If I could give this rating more stars, I would.

I had a completely broken air conditioner and Mills Air was incredibly quick to respond when I needed them most. Oscar was very punctual and arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. The entire team was professional, clean, and respectful of my home. They kept everything neat and worked quietly throughout the process. Oscar handled the inside unit upstairs, while another technician (I didn’t catch his name) worked tirelessly outside installing the unit—both did an excellent job. From start to finish, the service was smooth, efficient, and high quality. I would definitely recommend Mills Air to anyone looking for fast response, great service, and a clean, professional installation.
