Excellent customer service and attention to detail. JC was very through when he first arrived on-site to restore our power and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction before he left the premises. He was also very through when completing the rejuvenation post renovation and similarly ensured our full satisfaction before leaving the premises. The pricing is definitely on the higher side but the quality of work is worth it.

Abby and Jorge came to my home. They were awesome. Explained everything to me in detail before the job started. Showed me what they did every step of the way. Did a walk through after to ensure everything came back and was working and only then left. I felt involved and informed every step of the way. Just an excellent blend of customer service on site and professional know how on display. I am so very happy. My breaker box had no listing of what breaker was for what. And now I have a listing attached to the door made with a labeller! That is going one step further. No having to guess handwriting. And thanks to both of them an old overhead light fixture that was falling out of the ceiling in my laundry room has led way to a new led light fixture that is super bright. They also put in two motion sensor lights in my furnace room. The pull chord had broken on one of them and I was too short to simple screw the bulb in and out. Since I do not go into the furnace room that much the installation of the motion sensor lights made complete sense. And they even asked me what time setting I wanted and left me the instructions for all lights installed. Just first class service all around. And a feeling of confidence that the work done will last a long time.

I was very happy with the service provided by Jon and the team at Electrical Connections. I had two jobs to be completed--a straightforward replacement of an outdoor light fixture and a swap of an overhead light fixture for a light/fan combo. Jon explained to me upfront the cost of the work, including letting me know there might be a separate charge if a fan box needed to be installed. Thankfully for both of us, the fan box was already in place and no charge was needed. Jon was very professional, communicative, and speedy. I'll certainly reach out to Electrical Connections for any future needs.

Jorge was great. His inspection caught several things that needed attention and he prioritized them for us. He installed a new electrical panel, installed our new chandelier and sconces, and gave us some great advice. We’ll definitely have him back soon to take care of our landscape lighting and outdoor lights. Very diligent, knows his stuff, and a very nice guy.

Kisan was outstanding! He arrived at the agreed upon time and greeted me warmly. I described the issue, he listened intently, and we discussed a few possibilities of cause, then I showed him to the electrical panel. As he did an initial inspection, I answered all of his questions. Communication was very professional and Kisan, being extremely knowledgeable, provided med with a plan of action and a very fair quote, in addition to explaining every step for clarity. He is very straightforward with diagnosing the issue and explaining clearly, moreover, he informed me about code compliance. I agreed to his recommendations and he started the work. Once the work was completed, he cleaned up the area impeccably. Finally, he went through a checklist to ensure resolution of the issue as well as provide explanation and pictures of what the issue was and any additional preventative maintenance items. I am extremely pleased that I contacted Electrical Connections, and ecstatic that Kisan was the Electrical Safety Advisor assigned to me for my issue. In observing him work and listening to him explaining issue/resolution, the most meaningful information that he shares with clients, is safety. Safety is priority with Kisan, and he ensures that clients he services are completely satisfied with the resolution of their issues.
