I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Gomez Construction & Roofing. The roof leak under my balcony has been an ongoing, nerve-wracking issue for the past five years. Unfortunately, it was not disclosed when I purchased the home, and it wasn’t something a home inspector could have reasonably detected because of its location beneath my balcony. From the moment I connected with Mike and Chris, they were transparent, communicative, and solution-oriented. They explained the process clearly, provided a fair and reasonable quote, and executed the work exactly as promised. The partial balcony demolition and roof repair were completed efficiently in just a couple of days. The crew was professional, organized, and respectful of the property throughout the entire project. Most importantly, they gave me peace of mind after years of stress over this issue. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing or structural repair work.

Used them last year to fo my roofing.. excellent job! Excellent workers who did the job. Paid them cash in full on the spot then soon after at their office l wanted to use them again soon after for new siding and all new windows but their coordinator that was out on the field kept forgetting to come by and give me an estimate never heard from him.. a month would go by he never bothered calling back.. l finally called him.. he said.. lm sorry l forgot.. l told him if he cant go by my house to give me an estimate l may have to go with Mr. Gomez's competitor.. he said ok.. so now lm looking for a company in kissimmee that does home renovations.. never thought thats how l be treated after paying them cash in full for their work.. lm really surprised.. and really sorry of the outcome.

Chris Gates & his team at Mr Gomez were FANTASTIC in helping me with my insurance claim and the whole process. I also got a fantastic new roof which was put on in one day and with no issues.

I had my roof replaced with MR Gomez Construction, they did a great job. Maria Salazar did an excellent job following up to make sure everything was taken care of, she was very friendly and professional.

I have a very satisfied experience. They were very professional and clean. The final project is beautiful. The guys very respectful every time he speak to us. The company was here supervising everything, and that is a plus. Maria came to with the final inspection. She is very professional and friendly. She explained everything.
