I usually receive a text message of my quarterly inspection, informing me when the technician will be arriving. And a message informing me when the technicians is done. This allows me to unlock the gate to the backyard. However, I was unaware of the most recent visit until my account was debited and I look at my cameras. The technician ringed the doorbell and walked to the side gate, but that was it. No service was provided. I am displeased and disappointed about this visit. I feel taken advantage of.

Orkin was quick to respond, arrived same day, and was more throughout in a one hour visit than their competitors have been in a year. Dwight, our technician, was very nice, very concerned and super helpful. I am so glad that i made the call!!!!
