Julio did a great and thourouhg job! Excellent for the price. Will use their services again. Was kind and patient with me as my husband was out of town. He spoke with my husband on the phone the whole time and I never felt pushed or threatened. Great job! 11/19/25 Update: After meeting with Mike Sullivan back in September we finally decided to pull the trigger on a FULL HVAC system repair. Being that we are in winter months we were able to get a reinspection and complete redo with competitive financing within 48 hrs. Justice, Christian, Isaias, and Nathan did an amazing job and the house is CRISPY. One of my favorite features is that they send you a text with the names and pictures of the people they are sending to your service location so you know who to expect and you can feel confident and safe. The job is clean, thorough, and efficient. They did excellent work with installation and cleanup along with a most professional and positive attitude. Thank you, my guys!

On Thursday, May 28, 2026, our HVAC system failed. It was a hot and humid day, and we knew that without Air Conditioning we would be in for a couple of rough days. We called Osceola Air, and Casey answered the phone. She was able to contact Mike Sullivan to come over and give multiple options for a replacement system. Mike was so professional and detailed in his analysis of our needs and the equipment that would get us back to a cool home. Mike contacted the owner (Zak McMorrow) and pulled some strings to get an installation for the following day. Mike gave us a start time for Friday morning and Cameron & Yasiel arrived promptly. They introduced themselves, gave me a rundown of what work would be needed, and got right to work. They did a great job, and the attached photos show the quality of their work. I highly recommend Osceola Air for your HVAC needs.

Today 06/05/2026 received a service because have a few bad setting on my ac, and Adrian came to do the service. He do an excellent service, troubleshot with a knowledge and found the real problem, fixed and explained to me with a detailing every step taken. thanks Adrian for the service and solution also for a customer service satisfaction. Excellent serviceman! Ian Brigham is engaging, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything patiently and in detail and never once any pressure for us to buy anything extra, nor did he pressure for an upsell. He merely explained what he would or was doing, why it was needed and if there were any current issues with option for possible solutions. We've been in our place for 5 years and never had the furnace/AC serviced, but we do regularly change the air filter and evacuate the condensation line. We also knew our air handler has a ineffective capacitor as it was already changed under warranty in the first 18 months. We appreciated Ian suggested replacing the capacitor with a heavy duty capacitor! Top notch service, top notch serviceman!
