I had a great experience with this company today. Darrell, the manager I spoke with on the phone, was professional, clear, and easy to work with. David, who came out to my home, was equally pleasant—on time, respectful, and thorough in explaining what he was doing. Both made the process smooth and stress‑free. My only hesitation is that the price felt a little higher than expected. That said, the quality of service and professionalism were excellent, and I appreciate how well everything was handled.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of this company. Darrell, Tyler and Sam are gems. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and I was so appreciative. Their prices are also very reasonable. If you are in need of a pest control service, you won’t be disappointed.

Once again Panther Pest Control has excellent customer service. David did a great job accessing the issues we were having with a possible animal in the attic. He was thorough and communicated well all of the steps he took to make sure something was not living up in our attic. He gave us good advice to follow through on proofing some areas on the roof to prevent this outside guests from getting in. If you want responsive customer service from a company that cares, you should call Panther Pest Control.

I made a semi panicked call to them about a pest issue and they patiently answered all my questions, let me text them photos, explained some possible options for treatment and sent someone out the very next day. I hung up the phone feeling much calmer than when I’d first called. The techs I’ve interacted with have all been great. I don’t know the size of the company but it feels like a small business that truly cares about their customer.

The team at Panther Pest Control is the best. We had Tyler come out to the house. He was so friendly, explained everything, and went above and beyond. Took extra time making sure we understood the process and worked with us on a good plan. We already had a pest control company, but they were not helping. We are now dropping them so that we can have Panther for our pest control. Their staff is professional and very knowledgeable, and they communicated well with us about their arrival and follow-up. I highly recommend them.
