In response to PEST BEAR’s absurd reply: 1) PEST BEAR sprayed at the beginning of the month. You conveniently chose Jan 16th, as the date to blame it on the weather. 2) Why then are our Ixora on the other side of our yard healthy & happy? 3) You never addressed that this is the 2nd time after your spraying my neighbor’s yard that our Ixora have been killed? 4) you never addressed why a week later 1 of 3 managers can’t find their way to a phone to make a courtesy call as I was told I would receive? My 1 STAR Review still stands (should be 0)... My neighbor used Pest Bear. Within 7 days of their spraying his yard our Ixora began dying. This is the second time this has happened. I called and was told a manager would call me back. No one has ever responded. Poor management leads to poor work. Yelp reviews them at 1 star because of all the people who said they killed their hedges and plants. My neighbor’s lawn is all dying now too. I have posted pictures. Our neighbor had his sod replaced within a week of ours which was approx 2 years ago and his looks absolutely horrible. Ours is nice, healthy, no weeds and we do not use PEST BEAR. But our Ixora for the second time are being killed by this company who won’t give us a courtesy call to discuss. We already replanted them once. Please be sure to read all the horrible reviews on yelp, and the one star reviews on this page of customers having their beautiful trees and hedges killed, while this company does not take any responsibility .

Yes, this is my lawn with over a year of pest bear service. I finally watched the technician on my cameras, he did a small loop with a pellet dispenser and left. Called to complain and it turns out he was suppose to do 3 other things. Their main excuse is always.. well he is probably in training. I was frustrated but calm and when I asked to cancel, Rick, the manager said okay I’ll take care of it and hung up the phone. No next steps, no sorry to see you go, no you’ll get a confirmation email. I had to call back just to make sure the call hadn’t dropped.

She did a wonderful job and she went beyond the lawn care. She left a detailed message for me making suggestions where what kind of a attention we need, where we should water more and much more. So I even schedule appointment with her to work out the solution for some of the bare spots repairs. Great job!
