This is my goto store for supplies and parts. Staff is friendly, prompt, and doesn’t try to upsell you on useless things. Recently had them order a replacement Intellichlor IC-60, and their price was very reasonable.

I contacted store for info on having a railing installed. The gentleman I spoke to at fort myers/San Carlos store went out of his way to help me and even called me back of his own iniative to provide more information and a referral to another store. This shouldn't be unusual but these days service like this seems less likely SO THANK YOU SO MUCH

We have been using Pinch A Penny for years now. I finally got so busy I contracted with them to maintain our pool. They always keep it looking fabulous. I have had them replace our pump, AquaLogic Controller and even the pool heater. Always knowledgeable and usually very quick in the response. Even right after a couple of hurricanes! They also contact me when in the course of their maintenance they discover something that needs addressing. No, they are not necessarily always the cheapest available, but the compensation is the quality work, knowledgeability and responsiveness from their team.

Every time we go in Dan is awesome, the entire staff is! Fighting a green pool is tough but there is no way I could do it without their help and knowledge!! Highly recommend!!

I am very happy with the help and advice the staff at Pinch A Penny provided me before and after Hurricane Ian. Declan replaced my pool pump like a pro and the staff at the store were always kind, patient, and had my best interests in mind each time I was there. I highly recommend their pool service and I recommend purchasing items from their store. They really helped me repair my flooded system.
