I had a great experience with Pool Care Specialists of Central FL. Ricky was the service technician sent to repair my Pentair system, and he was excellent. He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional and courteous, and fixed the issue in a short amount of time. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain the repairs to me so I fully understood the work. I would absolutely recommend this firm for your pool repair needs!

We have been using Pool Care Specialists for over 5 years. Ashley and Samantha at the scheduling office are extremely efficient and communicate in a very timely manner via phone and email and have always been very accommodating. We had a great experience with both Ricky and Jonathan who are the repair technicians, both are very knowledgeable and honest.

Its important to note, that this is an edited review. Initially, my experience with the company was less than ideal. I was referred to this company from Pentair for a warranty replacement of a defective salt cell. The appointment was made and the technician arrived on time. From here, there was a lot of miscommunication and confusion. In a nutshell, what I was told and what was done, were different (at least in my mind). I was charged a fee, when this was never discussed or told to me. Some additional plumbing was done because the new salt cell was different and required some additional work which was done without my involvement. Decisions were made without consulting me. This caused confusion and I left a one star review. I was then contacted the next day by the company. A representative went line by line through my review and explained the why's and how's of what was done. It was discussed that some things were done incorrectly and some were done correctly. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He took responsibility for the issues and apologized where needed. He went further to send a technician back to my house to modify some work that was done, not because they had to, but because they wanted to. I feel the company truly wanted to make me a happy customer. I have my own business and I find its not the initial contact that makes or breaks a relationship, but rather, the way the company handles a "situation." When a customer is upset, how that is remedied sets companies apart. I feel, this company went the extra mile to reach out, find out, explain and remedy my complaints and concerns. They literally turned a one star review into a five star review. I can confidently recommend this company and will use them again if the situation calls.

We were referred to the Pool Specialists by one of our most reliable vendors and they did not disappoint. Ricky, our technician was able to pin point the problem in our client's heater within the first 20 minutes. He is very knowledgable , professional, and was able to fix the problem on the spot. The ladies at the front desk are also great at following up, overall they are very well organized thank you.
