Red was awesome. Had our AC Evap coil pulled and cleaned today, UV light adjusted, and capacitor replace. Fair pricing and friendly service without any added non-sense. Great team and great owner as well.

Mr. Ray is amazing. He installed my AC unit at a very reasonable price, with great technicians and extremely prompt response times. Since then, two other family members have also purchased new AC systems from him. I’ve also used Precision Air for ductwork at another property, and the experience was excellent there as well. I’ve previously used companies like American Air & Heat and Scott’s Air, but the upcharges with those companies were insane. In the past, I also felt like I received unfair estimates for repairs that turned out to be minor or unnecessary. Taking a leap of faith and switching to Precision Air was one of the best decisions I made. They now handle all of my AC needs across multiple properties. What really stood out was a late-night emergency call when Mr. Ray personally came out to clear a clogged condensate line and got the AC running again for my tenant who was suffering in the Florida heat. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, and fairly priced AC company, I highly recommend Precision Air.

I am so grateful for Precision Air Conditioning! Before calling them, I had a really frustrating experience with two other local HVAC companies that gave me the runaround and quoted me outrageous prices, even though my unit was still under warranty. Precision Air was a breath of fresh air. The owner immediately verified my manufacturer's parts warranty with no hassle and sent a technician out right away to fix the leak. They did honest work for a very fair price. Having a broken AC in an 82-degree house was incredibly stressful, but Precision Air completely saved the day. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Sanford area looking for a trustworthy company!

Do not use Precision Air Solutions. I had the manager Ray come out to look at my A/C since it stopped working. Right out of the gate he told me he drank too much last night and was hungover. After looking at my A/C he determined my 7 year old unit needed to be replaced, fully. He quoted me 12,000 but then said there was a 2,100 coupon. I was very hesitant so he said there was another coupon for 1,000 off. I said that was still way too much so then he dropped the price to 7,800. Red flags immediately went off when someone tries to sell me something and then just keeps coming down on their original price. Smelt like a scam. His final offer was to just fix the motor which would be 1,800. He explained to me however that fixing just the motor would be a bandaid but I would have AC. I told him I would get back to him. A few hours later I had someone else come check out my A/C. This gentleman saw the fuse was blown, figured out why, replaced the fuse and fixed the problem. AC is running perfectly now. No motor needed. This company will try to scam you do not fall for it.
