Proforce Pest Control - Orlando

I have been so satisfied with Proforce's services. From day one I saw an improvement with my ant and roach issues. Their service is excellent, all of the staff I have interacted have all been so kind, professional, and respectful. Jayson is excellent at what he does. He goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is educated and happy. I highly recommend their services.

Jayson was amazing! He came out today and was super nice, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the service. I had a great experience with this pest control company from the very beginning. They were knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and genuinely kind. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. All of the technicians so far have been professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. When I reached out again because the flies were getting really bad, they responded quickly and came out without any hassle. They once again explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel confident in the service. So far, everything has been great and I’m very happy with their service. Proforce is hands down the best company for pest control. From the courteous & friendly front desk staff ( you speak to an actual human being when scheduling your appointment!) They were friendly accommodating and willing to accommodate my schedule. As for the technician Robert, I cannot speak more highly. He was extremely friendly, and so very knowledgeable. From start to finish, he explained every step he was taking. He is also amazing with dogs, normally I have to crate my German shepherd, but Robeet made fast buddies with him with treats and encouragement. I would definitely recommend this company!

Caden came by my home to do an estimate, and I have to say he completely changed my perspective on door-to-door service. He was NOT like your typical walk-up solar guy — very professional, personable, and respectful of my time and space. He made the entire process feel easy and comfortable from the start. I’m not the easiest person to deal with or sell to, and I definitely ask a lot of questions, but he was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he’s doing and about the customer experience. Highly recommend working with him!
