Working with Quality Craftsman has been an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. My sales representative, Nick Upper, was a delight to work with. I was planning a full bathroom remodel, including converting my bathtub into a shower to make it more accessible for my mom, and Nick was incredibly empathetic throughout the process. He walked me through multiple options that would best suit our needs and brought plenty of tangible samples to help me envision the final design. His guidance truly helped me shape my ultimate vision for the bathroom. I was also very impressed with QC’s background and thrilled to support a family & veteran-owned business. Nick provided several financing options, and I ended up with a very fair price(much better than the quotes I received from larger, big-brand companies). The installation process was just as seamless. Matt, my installer, was professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of my home. I was amazed that at the end of each day, there was no dust or debris left behind—you wouldn’t have known a renovation was taking place. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Quality Craftsman to anyone considering a bathroom project.

Got their ad on Instagram & should have just heeded the "scam" warnings in the comments. At this point, they've taken $10k as a deposit and refuse to refund it. The rep who came to my house created a high-pressure sales situation where if I didn't put 50% down right there, it would jump up by another ten grand. I asked him if I wrote him a check and changed my mind, could I get my money back, and he said yes before they did any work. (At this point, no work has been done, but he's changed his tune). I also asked him to hold off on cashing the check, but they did anyway. While he was here, he put his outdoor rolling suitcase onto my entryway bench rather than the floor. Gave me the total ick. Even though I told him I'd be unavailable, they hounded me via phone calls and texts to schedule the next appointment for someone to re-measure the space. Then the next guy who came out to re-measure the space asked to use the bathroom, which again is gross & unprofessional imo. He also didn't have certain notes on file that I had discussed with the first guy, which of course led to added costs and confusion. Despite multiple requests for a digital portfolio to peruse their product selection, I received nothing. They kept referring me to the original rep and his PDF with a couple small pixelated thumbnails of the specific items we looked at - not the entire inventory they have to offer (see attached). What company doesn't have a gallery? 🚩🚩🚩 In their presentation, they are very focused on the longevity of the company and the lifetime warranty of their services, but they do little to help you design the way you want. It's not custom and it's not cheap. And then they say they're making no profit. Maybe that's why they're trying to hold onto my deposit. Absolutely terrible experience that has yet to be resolved.

We just had our shower done with Quality Craftsman. They got started sooner than we expected. It only took them a day to complete and their work is impeccable. We couldn't be happier. Plus the best price of all the estimates we got.

Preston was absolutely amazing to us. He was very thorough and detailed from start to finish. He’s very knowledgeable in his craft and very informative of the company and its history. He remained patient knowing that the renovation of our bathroom was a big decision for our family and guided us through the process of choosing the right materials suitable to our preferences and needs. We never felt rushed through the decision making process and he remained transparent through it all. He also has an amazing sense of humor which doesn’t go unnoticed : )

Very effective to set up initial consultation. Was not provided with the choices for preview prior to appointment. Rikyy was effective and very nice. Appointment confirmation call came in soon and well conducted asking for confirmation on decisive key components. Very proffessional.
