The technician was very knowledgeable, saw the problem immediately, and explained all the issues to me. He got the garage door working better than new, at a great price! I always call Quality Garage Door Services when I have a problem with my garage door.

UPDATE: it’s been several months, I didn’t hear back from anyone. The technician who came even texted me (see screenshot) to ask if the company ever helped, and informed he left the company cos the owners are really cheap. STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY AND DO NOT USE THEM!! Came to replace my springs. Paid $447. Very next day, the entire door broke when I tried reversing the golf cart since the door was left not adjusted back to original position it was before. Ended up costing me $3,000 to replace the entire door. When asked for a warranty at least on the $447 cost for spring and not even demand relief or help with garage door and accountability, they said since nothing was wrong with springs, they won’t give a refund or warranty of the $447, let alone help me replace the door. My door never broke before, so it is apparent it was the technician’s duty to adjust it to previous condition. As you can see in the pictures. Very poor response from what’s supposed to be a reputable company. They couldn’t even come same day to get the door down as emergency to secure my belonging. I spent completely out of my pocket to get the entire thing fixed. Use a local company instead from neighbor’s recommendation. These folks are just about the “money” and does NOT back their work or warranty or any integrity! The supervisor or no one from office reached back out after promising they would. I will be reporting this to BBB and there will be far more consequences than ignoring the customer and not backing any warranty or workmanship.

The tech came out to repair my wall button not working. It was fixed for a few hours and then went back to not working. I called and made another appt for service and was called by the tech before coming to my house and was spoke to very unprofessionally. I was told I ignored the techs recommendations. He tried to sell me a new door at the time of the initial appt which I wasn’t ready to do at the time. Had the tech been professional and courteous to me on the phone I would have been very open to a discussion about a new door. But since he wasn’t I will be shopping elsewhere! To note, I called the main line to inform the manager of the unprofessionalism of the tech and was told I would receive a call back… never called me back. This company doesn’t seem to care about having happy customers.

I had an appointment for December 15th at 9am to get an estimate for a new garage door. At 11am, the tech had not shown. So i called to confirm someone was still coming, was placed on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected. I called back and the man who answered said he was trying to find out where the tech was and would call me back. He never called back. I then submitted a message through the website and still haven't heard anything back. Cant say anything about thr work or pricing, since they never showed, but the extreme lack of any follow up seems unprofessional to me.

Ian at Precision was very helpful throughout the install and detailed. Friendly and courteous, on point and very well installed. I’m very happy with my new garage door!!
