The owner/rep and the entire team delivered outstanding customer service and a flawless installation from start to finish. They responded to every call and question promptly, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose the EG4 system—and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. While I’m clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it’s because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 who recommended Radiant Solar Energy as the most trusted and top tier installer. They nailed it. The system they installed is a true five-star setup—it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn’t know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I’m generating is simply awesome—and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it’s essentially just the flick of a switch. I would absolutely recommend Radiant Energy Solar to friends and family—and in fact, two of my friends have already installed the same system, and all of us are over the moon with the results. Angelo and other team are professional, knowledgeable, started the job in the morning, completed all setup on the same day. Once the Job is done, walked me thru the setup, and next steps. David and Justin are helpful thru the whole process. Now we’re waiting for county inspection and the utility to flip the switch. Highly recommended for Solar panel installation!
