Very satisfied. Brandon was very kind and professional. Gave me several options to choose from. Prices are a little high for just a kitchen sink clog. But the quality and fast service makes up for it. They also offer products to maintain the pipes from clogging again which also added to my bill. Overall great service. Thank you

We had to re-plumb our entire home because pipes burst under the house. Rainaldi came to the house the same day, evaluated the job, including some items I decided to add in and set up an appointment for the next day. The team arrived promptly and completed the job in a half day! They even set up the appointment with the plumbing inspector and plasterer. Every worker was efficient, pleasant and quick. Everything works much better and looks great! Highly recommend!

They were great with my water heater replacement and install. i kinda knew how much it was going to cost so no surprises there but they did answer a lot of questions while scheduling the appt. I appreciate that. Chris A was super friendly and knowledgeable with a side of humor. He did an awesome job and left the garage cleaner than he arrived. He also was on time and efficient, about 2 hours total. Definitely will contact them when it’s time for the AC check up.
