A roof job is not typical contractor work for the lowest bidder. You need experienced professionals that are able to project manage and execute a on plan with multiple variables. Local permitting, weather, material availability, cleanup, etc. all need to be balanced well or things can spiral quickly. Beyond that, you want a good roof that you (and the insurance company) don’t have to worry about. Rene and Roof X delivered on all of that and executed beautifully. They got our roof done and done well under a tight timeframe and they kept me in detailed communication every step of the way. It’s a great feeling to have neighbors stop by and ask who did the roof and proudly refer these guys. Thanks again.

Roof X will be my roofer from now on. From the first meeting with Rene they did exactly as promised. We were on a tight schedule with a pending closing on our home, their communication was spot on, everything planned out perfectly, even had the solar company they refer to, in and out quickly. Roof X installed the roof on my current home in Valrico, FL approximately 8 years ago. Even after multiple hurricanes and storms in the area my roof is still flawless. The pricing was competitive but the craftsmanship of the install I feel is unmatched. I highly recommend Roof X to my friends, family, and business colleagues who rely heavily on their reputation and those for who they refer. Realtors, property management groups, etc….. We paid cash for the roof but they did offer a finance program that was a highly attractive option. A final note, the installation came with a 5 year transferable labor warranty in addition to the material warranty.
