Our Duration Storm roof was installed in 2015. It has certainly met the challenges of hail and winds we have in this area of Colorado. Our roof has held up beautifully and looks much like the day we had it installed! I'm so grateful I upgraded to Duration Storm when the inevitable weather events have become more destructive. MORE IMPORTANTLY, I want to share my experience with Kim Evans the Virtual Customer Assistant. In 2024 I needed confirmation regarding our 2015 roof install sent directly to my insurance carrier. Upgrading to the Duration Storm apparently gave me a discount on the roof upgrade. Kim was incredibly helpful locating it and sent to my insurer exactly what they required. I ended up with a great discount! I may be changing insurance carriers and recently called Kim again. She was unbelievably helpful! I received all the paperwork I should need within minutes of my request. Kim is a rarity in today's world. She goes way above and beyond no matter the situation and her goal clearly is always set for customer satisfaction. If I owned a company I would ABSOLUTLY attempt to bribe her away from Jasper roofing. If I could rate the assistance I received and have no doubt others share this view....KIM is a 10+!!!!! We came back to RoofClaim after 5 years because my father was so pleased with their work the first time. Living in Florida with hurricanes and hail, his roof needed attention again, and once more, they did an amazing job! A huge thank you to Izy Rodriguez, who helped us both times. He is truly the best consultant, professional, kind, and dedicated to getting everything done on time for my father’s home. The whole team, office staff, inspector, and crew, was outstanding, with great communication and step-by-step explanations. Honestly, they deserve more than 5 stars. I highly recommend them to homeowners and realtors alike.

Hector and his team went above and beyond our expectations in every phase of the project. He thoroughly answered all of our questions, helped us navigate our insurance claim, and made the entire process much easier than we ever anticipated. We couldn’t happier with Hector and the installation team, who were on time, thorough, took great precaution to protect our landscape and pool screen, and did a great job cleaning up. They were on time at the crack of dawn, and finished the same day. To say we are happy with the finished product is a huge understatement. We are thrilled, and recommend Hector and his team to anyone in need of a new roof.

William assisted me through every phase. Our first meeting he explained everything and walked me through the claim process, scheduling the new roof installation, permits and final inspection. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and he even responded at night and on weekend’s. As a single Mom I was worried I would be taken advantage of and William treated me like a Big Brother. I highly recommend this company because of my experience with William.
