⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Roofing Pros USA earned this one. After a storm damaged our roof, we contacted our insurance company expecting them to help us through the process. Instead, after more than 10 years as customers, they sent an inspector out, never followed up with us, and eventually sent a letter saying they were going to drop our coverage. When we filed a claim for the roof, they denied it and came up with multiple reasons why they felt they weren’t responsible. Meanwhile, our roof was leaking and we were looking at the possibility of paying around $24,000 out of pocket for a replacement. One day a representative from Roofing Pros USA stopped by. Normally, I don’t even talk to door-to-door salespeople because I’ve been burned before. But he was professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to listen to what had happened. He explained that Roofing Pros works with attorneys who specialize in these situations and gave us hope when we honestly felt like we were out of options. The insurance company denied the claim again, but Roofing Pros and their legal team kept fighting for us. Before long, the insurance company settled. It’s frustrating because they ended up paying thousands of dollars in legal fees when they could have simply done the right thing from the beginning. Most importantly, Roofing Pros delivered exactly what they promised. The roof replacement was completed professionally, the workmanship was excellent, and the finished roof looks fantastic. It matches the house perfectly and has completely transformed the appearance of our home. Another thing I appreciated was the financial flexibility. Instead of having to come up with the money all at once or pull cash from investments and savings, Roofing Pros arranged a 12-month no-interest financing option. In the end, our portion was only about $8,000, which made the entire project much more manageable for our family. I also want to give a special thank you to Shawna. She stayed with us throughout the entire process, kept us informed every step of the way, answered our questions, and made sure we always knew what was happening. Hello! Back when Hurricane Milton came around (in Oct 2024) my roof was damaged. A man came around representing the company and asked if I would like to hire the company to help. He mentioned that if they had any issues with my home insurance, they worked hand-in-hand with a lawyer who could assist. For a first time home owner in Florida, I was scared, but I agreed. Over about 9 months, ROOF PROS USA and PAYNE LAW worked together to not only replace a few of my shingles that were missing, but to instead replace the entire roof. Thankfully, after some litigation, my insurance agreed to replace my roof. I had to pay my deductible and my insurance paid the rest. Roofing Pros USA did an amazing job delivering the dumpster, dropping off the shingles, and finally installing my new roof in just 1 day! The crew was amazing, RJ was amazing (manager), shout out to them for such hard and precise work. Also, shout-out to Shawna for doing all of the paperwork and dealing with all of my emails asking questions (this was my first time, after all). Ya'll need a raise! The representatives from Roofing Pros were personable and professional. Ashton went out of her way as a manager to come from Casselberry to St. Augustine to have the necessary papers signed. The shingles were carefully removed, discarded with the new ones applied over the course of two days. The team lead kept us informed about the progress. In the end we have roof top pictures. Heck, even the H.O.A. was pleased. Roofing Pros helped us with finding a lawyer to negotiate with State Farm Insurance.
