    Miguel was fantastic! He replaced the entire part for us. He was very professional and meticulous, checking every detail after installation and communicating with us constantly. The initial assessor only planned to replace one sensor and cleaned the outside of the coil on the day of the assessment, for which we paid. Then they told us the parts would take a while, which we did. They didn't tell us the whole thing needed to be removed and cleaned. Miguel, who came to install it later, discovered the real problem: if the inside wasn't thoroughly cleaned, the problem would recur after a while (now I think my friend had the same issue). But the price would be higher. I was very angry during this time; the original price was already far beyond my budget, and now they were adding more. He kept communicating with his boss throughout, and thankfully the parts were still under warranty, and thankfully the final price was still [a reasonable compromise]. Same here. You already charged a cleaning fee, and asking for more now is just too much. Miguel is really great. He drove to get the parts and installed them until 10 pm. I'm so grateful to him. I kept offering to buy him something to eat, but he had already worked all day. He kept saying it wasn't necessary, it was okay. We hadn't had air conditioning for several days, and he had taken two days off to repair it. I thought it would only take one day, but it turned out to take two. Miguel really understood how uncomfortable it was without air conditioning. I'm so grateful to him. And the next day, he came again to check our air conditioner to make sure it was working properly and told us how to maintain it. He's so kind. Thank you again, he's the best! If you don't want to pay so much money and still have recurring air conditioning problems, you must find Miguel. He's very responsible in his work, patient with every little detail, and won't rush things just because he's in a hurry. Thank you again, Miguel! @_@

    Strada Services did an amazing job replacing our 10+ yrs old AC system in our home. From the begining of this process to today, when they came to do the installation, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress‑free. The installation team by Hector and Mark was outstanding, efficient, open to our many questions, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our home. We are beyond grateful for their exceptional service and highly recommend Strada Services to anyone needing HVAC work. We will keep being Strada customer for years to come. Great job Team!!

    Strada installed an A/C in our home 1 year ago. The unit flooded in my house due to the drain line switch not kicking on when the drain line backed up. When I discovered the flood as I walked into my room, I had to quickly rip up the hardwood floors. After some quick mitigation, I vacuumed the line out and cleared the clog. Even after clearing the drain line I noticed that the unit continued to leak internally. So I called Strata to come look at it. The technician adjusted the fan speed, and said the unit wasn’t running efficiently. He was nice and informative, very helpful. The technician also said that the filter grate was not the proper one, and that he would order it to have it installed. He said the filter should be in a slot that’s behind the grate. About a week later, I got a call from one of their reps. The guy, was so rude and said to replace the grate, that they improperly installed would be $315. Mind you I just paid $7k to fix the flood and $144 for their technician to come out. I told the caller that there must be some confusion, since it was literally take 30 seconds to swap out and the cost for that item couldn’t have been more that $50. The rep. said he didn’t care and it would be $315. At that point I asked to speak to some supervision, his response was that it would still be $315, for something I’m sure I will find on Amazon. I will never recommend this company after the experience and treatment I received from this rep. It wasn’t even the message it was all in how it was delivered and treated me. These photos are the result of the flood. The bowl is in the air intake box because it continued to leak. The cut in the AC box was when they built it and we discovered it once we had to cut the drywall out. Bad experience.

    I needed my coils cleaned on my AC and I had requested the person who did maintenance on my system because he was so detailed and thorough. I set up for him to clean my coils. On the day of service, Anthony Gonzalez called to tell me he was coming because the servicemen I requested was tied up with another job. I was not happy, but Anthony promised he would do a great job, so I said OK. Anthony arrived at 2pm. He worked his butt off, cleaning my coils, pulling pieces of my AC system and cleaning and checking everything. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He checked the whole system inside and out. He was so thorough, professional and totally skilled in his job. He got our AC up and running and working better than it ever has since we put our system in! He worked without stopping until after 6pm. He is an example of what professionalism is and an exemplary representative for his company, Strata. I had the other guy's name in my phone for Strada, but I told Anthony that I was going to change it to his name, and I did!!

    The tech Luis was awesome. He made sure everything was working before he left. He double checked. He told me how to use the app. He helped me set up the app as well. He also was very personable and made good conversation while waiting for the devices to boot up. He took his shoes off when going upstairs without me asking him to. Nice guy and very helpful.
