TEK Construction Group

My daughter has been dreaming of opening her own chocolate store for many years. We finally secured a space in Dr. Phillips in July 2025. It was a small vanilla space of about 1000sf and for simplicity of renovations, I wanted to engage the services of a design/build group. A very good friend recommended TEK Construction and from the first meeting with Eriberto, I understood why she did. He was very friendly and professional and listened to both me and my daughter about the vision for the store. His design team came up with plans very quickly and had a great suggestion that saved lots of money. He even got an early start permit to begin work while the county was completing their review. The work was completed in a timely manner and the entire TEK team was fabulous the entire time. Any time we had a question, they answered it without reservation. The store opened on May 7, 2026. I would highly recommend them due to their knowledge, performance and professionalism as well as their really great personalities.

My husband and I had such a great experience working with TEK Construction Group. We were really nervous going in, as this was our first time hiring a contracting company for renovations, but from the very beginning, John was kind, helpful, and supportive. He took the time to really explore our different options with us and communicated throughout each step of the process. A month before we were about to start our renovation, we had a pipe leak in our laundry room, and he even pulled Eddie in to come give us a second opinion and help us with work outside the scope of the initial project. I truly felt like this company went above and beyond to take care of us from start to finish, which built trust that will keep us coming back for our future home projects. Oh, and not to mention that we are IN LOVE with our new kitchen!!! It has brought so much warmth into our home, and we are so thankful to TEK for making this dream a reality. They do such good work, and everyone (from the billing department to the contractors working in our home) has just been such a delight to work with. My husband & I are still planning to hang wooden floating shelves there but we are just not as efficient as TEK :)

Amazing attention to detail. This is my second project done with TEK Construction and I couldn’t be happier! The Kitchen turned out better than expected.

I looked extensively for a contractor or crew to do a bathroom renovation. I wanted to replace a 25 year old jacuzzi bathroom tub with an updated jacuzzi tub. I settled on TEK Construction. The project required demolition, electrical work, plumbing and tile work. Eddie at TEK coordinated all the services. The project was done in an efficient and expeditious fashion. I was most impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Although this was not a major remodeling, I appreciated their meticulous approach. I highly recommend TEK Construction and I would not hesitate to consult them for home improvement/remodeling projects.

We’re really happy with the work Edi and the TEK Construction team did. We used them for our home renovation, including the TV wall, accent wall, guest bedroom upgrade, bathroom upgrade, and a few more projects around the house. The TV wall and accent wall came out even better than we imagined — absolutely beautiful work! Edi’s entire team was very nice and professional. Special thanks to Oscar and his teammate, who did the majority of the work in our home. We would definitely use TEK Construction again and highly recommend them to friends and family!
