I recently had Benefit Flooring install tile throughout my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Jose, the owner, handled the inspection and sales process with professionalism and honesty. He even coordinated picking up and delivering the tile for me, which made things so much easier. During the project, we discovered water damage under the previous flooring. Jose gave me a clear, professional explanation of the issue and offered a practical solution that ensured everything was done the right way. Not just the fast way. I truly appreciated that. A huge shoutout to Victor and his dad who handled the installation. Their workmanship is outstanding, and they treated my home with respect. I normally do not feel comfortable having people in my home when I’m not there, but I felt completely at ease with them. They are trustworthy, hardworking, and genuinely great people. I always dread dealing with any service companies, as I have had quite a few nightmare experiences in my many years. But Jose, and The Benefit Flooring, were recommended to me by my realtor when I bought my new home. I met with him and got a quote that was quite below what I was expecting. I worried about the quality of the work and product. I was something of a 'high maintenance' customer when it came to picking the floor material. Jose was incredibly patient and kind. He spent hours trying to find something like what I described. I found what I wanted at a major chain supply store and, even though he doesn't normally use them, he said, "No problem", I want you to have what you want and be happy." Installation went smoothly. They installed two new toilets and handicap grab bars for me as well. I LOVE my new floors and now I really love my new home ♥ Thank you Jose and the team that did the work! If I ever need ANY other work done on my house, I am definitely calling you first!

I absolutely love the my condo renovation! Everyone on the team was very professional, friendly, and kind. I had 2 bathrooms completely gutted and rebuilt, kitchen reconfigured, new floors installed, walls painted, laundry room built, and recessed lighting installed.
