The roof of my house was damaged by Hurricane Ian, I called a few other companies and received pricey estimates and there was a lack of communication. Public adjusters kept knocking at my door to offer services with promises to replace the roof at no cost and only looking for me to sign an assignment of benefits, which I did not want to do. A few months before the hurricane, I noticed that my neighbor Mike had had his roof replaced and I asked him for the number of the company that had done his roof, it was Top Dog Roofing. I called and from there everything turned from sour to pleasant. The next day John came and looked at my property, and that same afternoon I had an estimate. I was a little frustrated after the lack of response from other companies, but John took the time to answer all my questions. Brandon assisted me with the planning process and scheduling of my project. Foreman Miguel, very kind, made sure that everything outside my house was very clean before they left. I consider myself a demanding consumer, and I really appreciate the help throughout the process, the reasonable price, and how quickly they were able to do the job. I do not want to ever contemplate the idea of my property being damaged by another hurricane, but without a doubt, I would call them again. Few honest companies with such quality service. Incredible customer service! We had Top Dog, put on a new roof for our home and could not be happier. Getting an initial quote was super easy, as it was all done online. The price was very competitive. They completed the job in just a few days (on a very large roof) and when we discovered a small leak after the first heavy rain, they immediately came back and made any necessary adjustments. They weren’t satisfied until we were completely satisfied, and that is rare in today’s business world. Three months later, even after Orlando was hit with a hurricane, our roof is perfect. Looks great and the price was less than we expected based on other quotes we received. I would highly recommend Top Dog Roofing.

Top dog roofing was a very professional,took ther time from the roofing crew up to the sales team and ownership I talk to a real person every time every question was answered and it was like I ran the show. They clean up well, my yard and home was left better than they left it Edwin got touched up Windows and they replaced a plant ahead in my front yard. Has a piece of debris fell damaged my hydrangeas. That better than I it was replaced that day. After letting me know they damaged it. It was a flukey thing anyways. They were in and out it's been 4 months I haven't had to call him back once.
